Returns & Refunds

Each Once Here, Now Gone shirt is made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing issues. Please take a moment to review the size guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

An incorrect item means that the item received does not match the size, color, or design shown on your order. Items that were ordered in the correct size but do not fit as expected are not considered incorrect items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has begun.
