Production & Processing

Each Once Here, Now Gone item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production times may be longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
